Zaayka brings authentic Indian street eats and soul-satisfying curries to Modesto from a kitchen on wheels at 1029 Oakdale Rd.

South Indian dosas and uttapams, North Indian curries and parathas, chaats, Indo-Chinese noodles and fried rice, and a butter chicken burrito for the road. Everything is cooked to order, every day from noon to 10 PM.

You can genuinely taste the authenticity and attention to detail in the food. And trust me, so I KNOW my food! I'm extremely picky when it comes to Indian food, and I don't leave reviews or give compliments easily. It takes a lot to impress me, especially when it comes to food. But this place truly deserves the praise! If you know what real Indian food is supposed to taste like, you'll appreciate this place. And if you don't, Zaayka will show you! Absolutely worth trying!

Tried this last weekend. It is a mobile Indian food joint on Oakdale Rd, next to Code 4 Lounge and right across Autozone. Awesome food! All the 3 items we ordered - Gongura chicken, Goat pepper fry and butter chicken were very well made. Tawa roti (chapathi) was made fresh. Very tasty and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Service was great with friendly and smiling staff. We did a take-out, but they do have a small eating area behind. Will definitely visit again.
